She suggested a follow up with a retina specialist based on her exam and the staff not only made the appointment for me, but verified that the specialist accepted my health insurance. Great service!

The tech went over and above to repair the frames. Then she saw the lenses are scratched. She looked up the records, and determined the scratches on lenses are covered. The employee "could" have repaired only the frames. Fortunately, she went the extra mile to order new lenses for my glasses to return my glasses to me like new, and without hitting me up for money. She is a team player, she thinks "outside" the box to fix both problems. Thank her and give her a raise. She is a great investment at Rosen Optometry.
